Shipping Policy

CellBay provides a delivery service within a maximum period of 72 hours from the time of order completion, as it is subject to free delivery inside Amman and a non-refundable delivery fee of 5 dinars outside Amman.

Return Policy

If for any reason there is a problem with your received item, CellBay will gladly give you a refund or exchange, simply return the product within 2 working days of receiving the product in its original condition & sealed packaging (including all manuals & accessories) along with the original sales receipt & original stamp. There will be a nominal charge for missing packaging, accessories, or manuals. Your original receipt with original stamp is required for all returns, exchanges & warranty repair services. Certain exceptions apply in case of factory defects. CellBay reserves the right to request identification & to deny any return or exchange.

Note Regarding Personal Items or Data on Returned or Exchange Products

• CellBay is not responsible for any personal items or data left on or in a returned or exchanged product.

• Items may be subject to testing before any type of refund is applicable.

• CellBay reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Refund Method:

Most refunds, if applicable, will be in the same from as original purchase. Cash purchase will be refunded in cheque & credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same credit card used at original purchases. 2% fees will be charged for any credit card purchases refund. CellBay is not responsible for the timeframe on credit card reimbursement, which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the service provider.
